How to Bring About a Contract

The representation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but is only an online catalogue of a non binding character. By clicking on the button "Send Order", you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending off, by means of an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract has been brought about.

Costs of Return Shipment in Case of Cancellation

If you make use of your right to cancellation, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the supplied goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of GBP 35.00 or if, in case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet made the counter-performance or any contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the cancellation. Otherwise, the return shipment is without costs for you.

If you would like to receive a return label from us, please announce the return shipment under Product Returns. If the price of the goods to be returned exceeds GBP 35.00 and if you do not have the goods collected via www.leewadee.co.uk, you are kindly requested to send us the original document of the sender commissioned by you in order to allow us to credit the transportation costs to you.

Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) including the statutory value added tax applicable in Germany plus shipping costs. At your choice, you may pay by means of credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Amazon Payments or Paypal.
Discount is not possible.
In order to cover our credit risk, we reserve the right in individual cases to exclude certain modes of payment and to effect deliveries only against cash in advance.

Storage of the Order Text

The order text is not stored at our end and can no longer be called up after the completion of the ordering process. However, you have the possibility of printing out your ordering data immediately after sending off your order.

Retention of Ownership

The goods shall remain our property until completely paid.
